Ragnarok | Ragnarok Philippine Championships '09

At last, my first RPC! It was held at SM North Edsa Skydome on August 21, 2009. I was really excited to go but was disappointed with the event's proceedings and management. 10 am was the said start of the event. But they let people in at almost 1 pm. And the event started at almost 3 pm. The venue was small with not enough seats. We had to sit on the floor. (I have my period that time >.>) Outside, the line was so long. The weather was sunny, it was seriously hot.

And what I didn't like the most is that, in my long wait, our team (Reunited) lost in such a disappointing match.So many issues happened, so many problems and solutions had been made. It was really really really disappointing, to the point that I wished I never went to the event.

But anyway, thanks to friends that I saw again and missed! And for guildmates I met and some tambays at Prontera. Hehe. Friends really lessen the stress!

I'll write about what I'm feeling right now for the recent exam in GROSS HSB that we had. And man, it was...yeah, gross. I felt sick about it. When I walked out of the room, I felt crying, shouting, violent (yeah :D), and drained. My head feels like I was punched by Manny Pacquiao a hundred and thousand of times. Yeah, I feel dying.

It was a 100-item exam, a 100 times a torture.

These last few weeks, I feel like I haven't really done anything to pass in any exams, so I was expecting that I'm failing already. Much to my surprise, I passed prelims for Gross HSB!

Thank You, Thank You God! Thank You so much! You're so kind to me!

I was so happy because just these previous days, I was evaluating my studies and felt very guilty and bad, and I was talking to God about giving me a chance, and poof! I passed! Thanks so much!

And then, we had Micro HSB practical exam, I swear I could've perfected that but still, I'm happy of my score because I knew I did my best.

So, I gotta go cause I got a lot to do. Give me wisdom, Lord!

This afternoon, I was supposed to have lots of places to go to. But suddenly, each one got postponed.

Visit to UST. - I got lazy.

So I was already prepared and ready to go, then I realized, where to?

Random | Stairs to the 4th Floor

*My butt hurts*

As of this moment, I am sitting at the stairs to the 4th floor of our dorm. I am near the window overlooking the street of Dahlia. It's a nice view of people, tricycles, cars, trees, lights, and rain. It is a view of a busy street, yet, as I sit here, I can't help but feel calm and composed. Maybe, it is because I had Nai Cha at Chowking and had a good short nap after class.

Earlier this day, we had a shifting exam in Micro HSB (Microscopic Human Structural Biology). As usual, I failed. I didn't know when it started that it was already usual for me to fail. Seems sad, and yes, I have to be sad and disappointed, because I could've studied more. However, every time, every after exams, I would feel encouraged to study more. But still, I could not do my best. Because I have poor attention span and poor memory. *Sucks* It's a cycle. And if I don't stop the cycle, ****, I'll reject it my whole life. ****.

That's my feelings regarding my studies.

My laptop's battery is near to being drained, so I'll have to cut my dramaturgy short. I just remembered, I WANT AN SLR CAMERA OR A DIGICAM WITH HIGH MP. I have to have high grades.

I'm not really a die-hard Cory fan or anything but ever since I happen to watch Kris Aquino's speeches about her mother, I cannot help but cry. I realized that this "simple housewife", as they say it, left a lasting legacy not only to her family and friends, not only to the Filipino people, but to the whole world as well. She was worthy of all the support and gratitude that the people are giving her. She was a woman of courage and strength, of love and faith, of compassion and democracy. She is a one-of-a-kind Filipina, mother, friend, president, and woman. She is a gift, an inspiration to many.

And here is a really sweet and nice love poem made by the late Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino, Jr. to his wife Pres. Corazon Aquino.
